America Against Malaria has started a running team called “Team AAM”. We hope you consider joining our team to help Dawn Dubsky raise funds to fight the Malaria which has forever changed her life! |
Team AAM
Athletes who participate in marathons, 10K runs, 5K runs, triathlons and other events are inspired/empowered to raise funds for America Against Malaria helping save lives in malaria endemic regions. It’s a great way to stay in shape, have fun and, at the same time, help a great cause. You can run in any race or event around the world and be part of Team AAM!
How to Join Team AAM
- Sign up via website or by mail.
- Mail $35 check to America Against Malaria P.O. Box 4, Frankfort, IL 60423 include your name, address, race name, and shirt size S M L or XL.
- Website, go to Donate, use credit/check/debit card and pay $35 using PayPal. In PayPal message, simply type race name and shirt size S M L or XL.
How do I raise money?
- Print the Runner Sponsor Form and Individual Runner Form, and simply collect donations from family, friends and colleagues.
- Runner may either collect checks made payable to America Against Malaria or instruct sponsors to donate on our website using PayPal.
- Runner may either mail donations to America Against Malaria c/o Team AAM, P.O. Box 4, Frankfort, IL 60423 or give donations to either Carrie or Dawn on race-day.
Corporate Sponsors
Team AAM is seeking Corporate Sponsors. Make a $250 donation and your business logo will be added to the Team AAM shirts, promoted on AAM website and also at the race events.
- Sign up via website or mail.
- Minimum donation is $250.00.
- Either mail payment to America Against Malaria P.O. Box 4 Frankfort, IL 60423 with name of business and contact information, or make payment on website using PayPal. In PayPal, simply type business name and contact information.
- Please e-mail business logo to teamaam@americaagainstmalaria.org, business logo will be promoted on our website and at the race event.

Q: Can I join Team AAM and not run a race?
A: Yes...Please join us for the post-race party and raise money for your friends, family members or colleagues who are running the race. AAM will still send you a shirt, please specify shirt size with $35 payment to join Team AAM.
Q: Do I register for race and Team AAM separately?
A: Yes...Shamrock Shuffle March 21, 2010, cost $45, sign up at www.shamrockshuffle.com. Sign up for Team AAM as instructed, under How to Join Team AAM.
Q: Can I Join Team AAM and run a race outside of IL?
A: Yes...You can run in any race or sporting event around the world and be part of Team AAM. Just let us know name/date of race and we will provide t-shirt and sponsor form.
